RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY
Our refund policy is 3 Days. Unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange after this period. In some cases, changes or cancellations of orders that have not been shipped or begun fabrication within the 3 day period, may occur with approval, however, there may be a change order fee or restocking fee in the amount of 25%. Within the 3 day period, to be eligible for a return, you must request, complete and return to us a return authorization form of your item, and if approved, we will send you a return authorization number, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See Shipping below. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. All items must be inspected for damages immediately upon receipt of item and damages must be reported to us immediately. There are no refunds on the E-Design Packages or digital products.
To complete your return, if eligible, we require a return authorization approval and a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges must be approved by us before returning your item. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com requesting approval, and upon approval, send your item to: 8020 W Manchester Ave, Playa Del Rey, Ste. 208, CA 90293.
Ready-to-ship products are shipped within 4-14 business Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, LTL Freight, and may take between 15 to 30 days to receive depending on logistics. Fully customized products may take between 6 to 12 weeks for delivery. Customer will be notified of exact delivery time once order is received. To return your product, you should ship your product to: 8020 W Manchester Ave, Playa Del Rey, Ste. 208, CA 90293. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
