1. Concept & Space Planning
We start together, before anything is purchased. We listen to how you want to live, then turn that into a plan for your space. This sets the direction for everything that follows.

2. Sourcing & Procurement
We source everything through our trade vendors, so you get quality that lasts. You approve each selection. We handle the ordering.

3. Construction Administration & Site Oversight
We are on the ground once construction begins. We visit the site regularly, catch problems early, and coordinate the trades so work happens in the right order. We track every open item until it's resolved, and keep you updated the whole way.

4. Installation
Once everything arrives, we bring it all together on-site. You walk into a home that's finished, down to the last detail.
